All warranty requests must be sent via email to warranty@ollerbuildingco.com. Once request is submitted please allow 48-hours for response from the warranty team. If warranty item is an emergency, please call the office at 417-833-7610. Please note that all warranty items not deemed emergent by the builder will be completed within one calendar year of closing date. We do strive to complete the warranty claims as quickly as possible.
